allowing us to arrange necessary works at properties promptly, with guaranteed quality
workmanship and all at extremely competitive prices.
We also offer a FREE 24 Hour Emergency Call Out Service to all of our managed properties,
an excellent service providing peace of mind for both landlords and tenants.
For example, should there be an electrical fault in a property late on a Sunday evening, it can be attended to, the fault made safe
and repairs carried out up to the value of £300, all by making one simple telephone call.
The service also covers blockages in toilets, plumbing problems relating to leaking pipes, blocked drains, water
tanks and leaking radiators, and broken or damaged windows and doors
which present a security risk to
the property.
