Management Service
For the full management service we will take care of every aspect
of the tenancy,
from finding the correct tenant, through to collection of rents,
inspections and maintenance reporting. We are the first point of contact in all
cases for tenants
and, whilst keeping you updated, we allow you to relax, safe
in the knowledge that your property is being professionally cared for. The charge
for this service is only 12.5% including the FREE 24-hour emergency service. This is deducted from the first month's
rental payment and monthly thereafter.
Finder Only Package
For this service, we do the same as the first stage of the full management package. This is finding the
correct tenant through thorough advertising of the property and vetting
of all prospective tenants. Opendoor set up the agreements, inventories and a standing
order for payment and once a tenancy has commenced, we pass over the day-to-day
duties to you directly as landlord. For this service our charges stand at £250.00
plus VAT.
Lease Service
By leasing your property to us on a 5, 7or even 10
year lease, you can secure your investment long term with assurance that the property
will be maintained and cared for at all times with secure continual payments made
to you throughout the whole term of the lease.
